MR. MISTOFFELEES
Mr. Mistoffelees is a magical cat. He makes things disappear and then
reappear in a different place. He is called to help bring Old
Deuteronomy back when Macavity kidnap's him. Also when
Macavity makes the lights go out, Mr. Mistoffelees uses his magical powers to turn them
back on.
